S&T Council has initiated a program KARYA (Knowledge Augmentation through Research in Young Aspirants) for providing an opportunity to science undergraduates and postgraduates to work upon shortcomings research problem for 8 weeks at premier institutes. Annually 100 students are provided with this opportunity with a fellowship of Rupees 28000 for 8 weeks. As an outcome, many students received fellowships from DST, GoI, DBT and got admissions in IITs. Saurabh Singh dhakad from Maharaja College, University of Rajasthan got admission in IIT, Mumbai for Post Graduation program. MS. Monal Singh from Department of Botany, University of Rajasthan got Ramalingam fellowship from DBT, GoI and presently working at Central University Rajasthan.
S&T Council provided support to Young Women Innovators for nurturing their ideas at incubation centres. Dr Sarika Gupta and MS. Aanchal Shrivastava from Banasthali Vidhyapith established their own companies and their ideas converted into a viable business solution.
